In a world where trust is invaluable, this auto shop is a true gem. Daniel and Tim combine knowledge, integrity, and exceptional service. They're now also my daughter's mechanics. It's such a relief to find a place you can trust completely. I'm deeply grateful for their dedication, for providing such impeccable service, and for always explaining the problem in detail. Without a doubt, a place I recommend with complete confidence.

Had both a thermostat replaced and radiator flush and filled here after my check engine light came on. I dealt with Tim and his son Daniel and both were very friendly and knowledgeable. Work was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I would come back again as they have earned my trust. Better to help out a small business than a dealership sometimes.

This is my first review on google but long overdue for this family repair shop. I have been recommending them for years to others. All work environments try to be perfect, but that doesn't define them. It is when things don't go perfect, and the no hesitation decision to do the right thing for the customer and the business that makes me continue to come back. So I want to share my experience what's quality First Auto service. Daniel was the guy who was helping me out and he is a very energetic full of positive vibes. And although I did not fix my car there with them just the way that they were communicating with me and helping me out to find a diagnostic problem with my vehicle. The communication was outstanding! I saw another post of another gentleman saying that the communication was not good between them but honestly I think that they couldn't have communicated that issue and that problem more clearer, the way that they communicated every single detail in every situation that was going on with my car was so clear and very helpful.
