Arapahoe Car Wash

This has been my go-to car wash for many years - I'm happy with the equipment. I was really happy when the credit card reader went in. I used to could wash my car somewhere in the $6-$8 range before I hit the 'STOP' button on the machine to end the session and set the bill. Today.... I hit the $10 machine limit and the whole thing shut off with maybe 60 seconds of soap rinsing still to go. Since I didn't have any quarters or cash, I had to swipe my card again (these are the official instructions - as displayed on the machine - for when it shuts off at the $10 limit). When I was done 60 seconds later with the bill having run up to $1.50, I hit the STOP button only to have the machine tell me that there is a $4.50 minimum - the machinery shut off when it hit $4.50. So today's do-it-yourself

Looks as the brush heads have all been recently replaced - so no issues with scratching vehicles High pressure hoses and plenty of soap dispensed when using foam. Would recommend for anyone wanting a quick self wash for a decent price.

This place has never been properly maintained, they have really old brushes and weak and leaky pressure washers. That being said, I used to be able to come here and spend $4 on a car wash. I'm happy to spend less for lower quality service, I go off roading and my cars already messed up. They recently doubled their prices. Now it costs more to come here, a place that offers less than it's competitors in terms of quality of equipment and product. Just go to buffs wash. This place used to be a steal, now it costs 25 cents for 10 seconds. Not to mention buffs wash costs ~30% less and has far better equipment. Shame my regular cheap wash place caved in to inflation.

I do not recommend. They charged my credit card twice for car wash, even though I followed their directions and hit the stop button. If you use it I would only pay cash.

I put $1.50 in to use the vacuum and it seemed like it did not seem to last for 7 minutes when it went off. . So I looked at my phone at the time and put another $1.50 in for 7 more minutes and it actually stopped after five minutes. So both times it cheated me out of two minutes for each time. I was going to wash my car too but decided not to because they would probably short me my time as well. You cannot use a business if it is not trustworthy.
