Brakes Plus

I will be brutally honest, the last two experiences I had a brakes plus in other locations sent me to other mechanics. I had lost hope in finding an affordable and honest place to do my car work. Fast forward to today 8/30, and I can tell you that stopping in here made me extremely happy. I work for myself and have small amounts of time to get anything done so I need a reliable shop to get work done in a timely manner(with an appointment, of course). I can tell you I have had the best experience today. I was greeted when I came in, spoken to in a kind and friendly manner. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt like what I was saying about my car was received. This is a big thing for me as sometimes I feel looked through when getting car maintenance done. I really like this place, there's a rest area with some free drinks and they offer a price match if you find a better place in another place. The prices are good and they really care about having good experience :) you should definitely try it!. It will be next to the traffic light. Also they have clean bathrooms you can use

John was extremely helpful today along with the other employees. He explained what basic work that needed to be done; as well as, how to better maintain my car for the future. I thought my car was on its last legs but turns out it’s not! I wasn’t scammed or sold anything disingenuous. I highly recommend coming here!

I had a great experience at brakes plus! The manager was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful especially when running through the inspection. I usually and very weary of shops as many don’t care for you and your car but this one I thought was very different. I was greeted kindly and my car was done in a timely and respectable manner. This location is awesome and will definitely be back and I recommend this place to anyone!

They were great! I came in for a routine checkup and everything was great with my car. They did the checkup for free and didn’t try sell me bs (as a young woman that happens to me) they were amazing!
