Quick, extremely fair prices, went out of his way to make sure I'd have my car fixed on time to go back to work

Affordable only until he screws up on repair costing me hundreds of dollars to rectify. I had to pay for a 30 mi tow job. Pay for transportation back and forth from home to garage and then a different different mechanic to ensure the mistake did nit warp head. Total night mare. Blamed me for watching repair however he was taking phone call after phone call while working on my car. Forgot to tighten water-pump hose. Until he found out it was something simple he was going to charge me the $300.00 all over again. Plus the place is so junked up inside and out that it could be a safety issue. Beware of this garage.

I was on a road trip, driving back from DC to Rochester, NY and was plagued by a flat tire. Being completely unfamiliar with the area I was very nervous about finding a place that could fix my tire immediately. I stumbled upon Arbogast and as soon as I pulled in Randy dropped everything he was doing to help me. I only waited about 45 minute for him to patch up the tire and he assured me I would be fine to make the rest of the trip back home. He made a nerve wrecking experience much easier. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone in the area!

As long as your repair isn't complicated, Randy is an excellent diagnostic specialist and incredibly inexpensive. He doesn't accept credit cards... but probably will work for beer.

I've been going here 12+ years now and Randy is a very good mechanic, very reliable and very friendly I can't say enough good things about this garage
