Arborstone Storage Hawkins

Running late and was afraid I would not be able to get into a unit this evening. Went ahead and rented online so I could stop on my way to the job site tomorrow and to my surprise I received my confirmation and was able to get in this evening. Thanks for the quick service it was a lifesaver.

Buildings were broken into a month ago. I had several items stolen and so did other tenants. I have been unable to make a claim on the insurance I pay through them because you have to do it online. When attempting to do it online this location is not an option in the claims portal. I have sent messages through the portal but never recieved any responses. Furthermore they say the place is under survelance. This is a lie there are no functional cameras. I will not be recommending this storage location and will be removing my possesions next month. Very crooked. After owner replied (on this review) the issue still remains with the online claims. All I can say is good luck to any future tenants your gonna need it.

I had a great experience with Hawkins Storage. The process was hassle-free from start to finish, and the staff was very helpful whenever I had questions. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable storage with great customer service.
