Awesome experience. I was traveling from Louisiana and broke down at the nearby grocery store parking lot. Called the shop and owner came over and helped get it going so we could drive it to his shop. The shop was knowledge, understanding, prompt and very fair, I would highly recommend them to everyone and will use them again without hesitation. I feel like I got lucky when I called them .

Charged almost twice what we were quoted and then had the gall to add a 3.5% credit card fee. He said the difference was because my car only took genuine Ford parts. I looked up the part number on the invoice FB5Z5G232B and he charged $1671.29 for the part and I can buy it from Ford all day long for $1100.00. That is quite a mark up. I found nothing that indicates an after market part would not have worked and they run between $500 and $700.

Both skilled and honest. Eric has kept our 2 old vehicles going strong the last 9 years.

Our vehicle was having some issues and they got our car in quickly and fixed the issues! They also took the time to explain to us what the problem with our vehicle was and explained everything they did as well as how to prevent our vehicle from having the same issues going forward. The cost was very reasonable and the staff is kind and caring! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing repairs.

I have always had great service from Car Doctor. They diagnose the issue instead of “guessing”. They get your vehicle in and out quickly and communicate with you if there will be a delay due to parts availability, etc. They are professional and honest.
