ARC Towing Service

My husband was in an accident that wasn’t his fault, and I want to express my gratitude to ARC Towing for their kindness and helpfulness. They were truly supportive and even came outside to help us look for my daughter’s iPod. I really appreciate their understanding and assistance.

Had my car impounded here. Long story short I had a cop pulled me over who used this company to tow my car to their yard. Couple days later i Called them saying I had everything needed to drive my car again, license registration insurance. But they wouldn’t release it because they said there was a hold On my car by the cop. This was a complete lie. Went to the police station to tell them the situation. Only to find out that they don’t put holds on cars anymore, ARC towing company was trying to hold my car for as long as they could to keep making money off of me. They will also charge you for a full day, even if your car has been there for only two hours out of the day. They will also charge $150 to tow 2 -3 miles down the road.

Big shout out to ARC Towing Service, our community was so impressed and thankful for the kindness you showed one of our residents yesterday afternoon. To that one resident, that car was everything..it was independence, memories of his Dad and Grandma & so much more. You were all so kind, understanding and professional, you made an awful situation better. Thanks again!

I want to give a shout out for this company who saved me in a time of need when I was scared and stranded in an unknown place . My Tesla ran out of charge . This guy was professional and kind . I felt safe and less afraid thanks to this company’s prompt services . I will remember this for the rest of my life . I was stranded an hour away from home but made it safely thanks to this company

I would like to extend a big compliment to ARC Towing, especially to their employee, Junior. My daughter and I experienced a breakdown while we were quite far from home. However, ARC Towing answered our call on the first ring and immediately sent someone to assist us. Junior was professional throughout the entire process, taking us to our desired destination while helping us remain calm during a stressful situation. His excellent customer service made a significant difference for us. We will forever be grateful and will remain lifetime customers.
