ARC Truck & Trailer Repair LLC

I would not recommend this ARC Truck & Trailer service. He does not honor the initial price agreement he gives. Charges $12500.00 just to replace clutch. Yeah $12500 and takes 4 weeks to do just transmission clutch Waaaaw. Stay away from this guy if you need road service.

I can’t say enough good things about André, the owner of ARC Truck and Trailer Repair. My car broke down at the grocery store in the middle of a snowstorm, and he came to help without hesitation. André was professional, calm, and incredibly kind during a really stressful situation. He got my car safely moving so it could be repaired at his shop and made sure I got home safely afterward. That level of care and integrity is rare to find. I’m extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend ARC Truck and Trailer Repair to anyone.

Review for ARC Truck & Trailer Repair LLC This is by far one of the worst shops I have ever dealt with. Their service is extremely slow, communication is terrible, and they clearly do not care about drivers’ time or safety. Every step of the process felt unprofessional and disorganized. They constantly give wrong updates, make you wait for hours for simple work, and still fail to do the job properly. It’s unbelievable how poorly they handle even basic service. I would never recommend this place to any driver or company. If you value your time, money, and equipment, avoid this shop at all costs. Their customer service is unacceptable, their work quality is disappointing, and the overall experience is simply awful.

Fantastic service. Broke down and he walked me through every step. Helped us control cost and get the correct parts. Above and beyond, perfection is what we left with. I gained and have total trust in his word and service. Called me twice after the service to make sure everything was working correctly. Very grateful for his service.

By far the best shop around ! The mechanics were fast, respectful and got the job done correctly ! I recommend this shop to anyone who needs good quality service.
