If there's an issue they stand behind their product. Example I purchased a 2012 mustang GT in April from them. They explained is was modified and helped me with everything I needed. Then in July I noticed the A/C was not working. I called and Made an appointment with Scotty, thier mechanic, to have it checked out. It was out of warranty and they fixed it regardless at no cost to me. They didn'thave to do tjay and I would'vepaid for the repairs but they understood at the time I bought the car there was no way to tell the A/C system wasn'tworking properly. I drove all the way from Long Island to pick up a car that Arcari Motors was selling. I purchased a beautiful 2010 Grabber Blue GT500. The experience was AWESOME. I dealt with Mark one of the salesman who was 100% transparent with the purchase, let me know if any flaws, etc before drive 2.5 hours there. We literally did the entire deal over email/text which made it even easier! The day of the closing I dealt with Paul the owner who was also great and easy to work with. No hidden fees, games, etc! I highly recommend these folks for your car purchasing needs. Maybe one day I can buy another Shelby from him!!!
