If I could give 10 stars, I would. These guys went so far beyond a standard customer service experience, I can't thank them enough. They got parts super quick, recommended a mechanic shop, let me charge my phone and even drove us to enterprise when we needed a rental car to make a very important doctors appointment. Seriously, the best guys ever!

I can’t describe how nice people are here. They are so helpful and happy to go one further step to help me check whether everything was alright. Wiper blades may not be a complicated issue for most but these gentlemen just saved my life on a rainy day. They accepted Apple Pay as well. I have never been in such a great auto parts store and will recommend it to everyone.

Excellent service. Gentleman working inside came outside without hesitation to help us out. Helped us fix the problem in less than ten minutes. A huge help considering we had 500 miles to go on a road trip! Thanks so much. Highly recommended.

Cannot day enough good things about these guys. Pulled up to their door just as they were closing last night; it was 12 degrees out and our truck was not charging. I apologized for being so late but Tom could not have been less bothered or more pleasant. He came outside and tested the alternator and battery, and determined that I needed an alternator. He called the warehouse at 6:15pm and the alternator was there at 8am the next morning. Just so clutch. We also appreciate Chris the manager being patient at closing time while Tom helped us; Chris could not have been more friendly. And today we met Ed the owner, who gave us one of their tools to help me install the part. These guys are there to help and not just ‘punch a clock’; they were professional and pleasant and went above and beyond.

I was stranded on a highway and I tried reaching to TA and Pilot and was treated horribly. I reached out to this Napa store and I was treated with empathy and concern. Right off the bat they were concerned and I had my belt delivered in a few hours. AND I wasn’t robbed with charges. Beyond a fair price. I’m forever thankful and will have a customer for life.
