Arce Auto

I had a very frustrating experience with Arce Auto. Communication was extremely poor throughout the entire process. It took nearly three weeks just to receive an estimate for a windshield replacement, and I had to call multiple times because no one ever followed up with me. On my third call in a month, the front desk staff still couldn’t provide a clear answer and instead gave me a vague estimate based on what she “thought” it might cost. I also found their pricing to be significantly higher than other local shops offering the same service. Overall, the lack of communication, delay in service, and high pricing made this a very disappointing experience. I would recommend getting quotes elsewhere before choosing this shop.

They're always so friendly and easy to work with! Reasonable on pricing. Nice clean shop and reception/waiting area.

This place is great .. i was passing threw (over 1000 miles from home ) and truck messed up these guys got me fixed up fast .. also super friendly service .. if I could give 10 star I would..
