This place is fantastic, people are respectful, and seen to be decent people with positive, honestly. Thank God for this choice I had been searching for some help on my 2002 Chevy Avalanche with some major problems,that I took to some shops like advanced auto, or others could not figure out what the problem to my truck, boy, they help me with it and save me some headache lol 😆. It was kept cut off and shutting off every time I try get it running again, they find the issues what causes it to shutting off, I think the price was $740.99 worth to got it fit and boy it running so great for a 20 yrs old truck. Thank guys can't complaining about theirs great performance job

I have been a customer of Archer's Auto Care for 20 + years. They have a top notch staff and are unquestionably fair with the way they handle customers. I value their honesty and recommend them highly. I have never experienced any problem. The service writers always present your options for repairs and fully explain what repairs are critical, or just recommended. You cannot go wrong at this shop.

I had the WORST experience contacting Archer. Ted, a manager, answered the phone and I inquired about the warranty and he drags with his answers but I could tell he was being rude. I continued with conversation and asked for a quote on brakes and rotors. Ted responses with an attitude "I can't give you one until I know what is wrong with it" as if a woman or black woman would not know. I HAD ALREADY TAKEN IT TO INFINITI SO I KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG!! I TOLD HIM THAT BECAUSE I WAS TRYING TO KEEP FROM SPENDING SO MUCH AT THE DEALERSHIP AND I WAS SHOPPING AROUND. The only thing he had to do would give me an estimated quote for my vehicle. But when I began to tell him how I was uncomfortable to bring my car in because he acted as if he did not like his job or servicing women/people of color.

I had to wait one full week before i got an appointment and I am GLAD I did. They don't just have you dropping off your car and guessing if they are going to get to the car or not. They make plans therefore I was able to make plans for that day. They were not pushy on services that your car did not need. It has also been nerve racking when I took my car to the shop. I felt that the shop was lying or trying to pull a fast one. But here they answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable to allow them to do the work on my car. They knew what my car needed. Thanks. I will be back. Giggles

I am in Memphis for a few months for work and finding an honest repair shop could have gone horribly wrong. I've had a slow leak in a tire. My co workers recommended Archer's. I called, they were able to make an appointment at a convenient time for me, figured out the problem with in about 10 minutes and about 30 minutes later I was on the road. They are knowledgeable and friendly. And I will not hesitate to return to them with any future issues with my car. I am on the road a lot and having a reliable auto shop is crucial.
