These folks are fast, efficient, and very kind! My 2020 explorer xlt had my AC compressor seize, so they evacuated the 1234yf refrigerant so I could replace the compressor. I brought it back for them to refill, and they had it ice cold within a couple of hours for only a handful of benjamins. I will definitely be back with other vehicles to get their AC fixed, too!

Hi worst experience ever will not recommend..I took my classic car to Artic Air got a quote for my AC gave me a price. And everything went downhill fast from there kept my car for two months couldn’t find my parts had two do all my own leg work on finding my parts .. Cut holes in my finder instead of removing it to run wire use old wire instead of new did not replace fan motor wiring was all over the place nothing was right AC system kept turning of wrong fuses quote Chang by extra 600 dollars at this point looking for someone to redo everything will not recommend no one with a classic car go there …..😡😡😡

I come to get my a/c diagnosed for a 2cd opinion. They tell me the same thing Firestone quoted me for. I go with Arctic because the estimate was fair. I leave my car overnight for repairs due to my work schedule. I come to get my car and this is how they left it. On the side of the road and I still have no a/c. They didn’t call me on any updates. I’m thinking it’s fixed. Now I need a control module to allow my a/c to work. I ask them is “Is this module going to have my a/c working”? Oh we don’t know we have to see. So you want me to pay for a control module you don’t EVEN know if it’s going to have my a/c to work?? I’m left with scratches on my dash from taking my car apart, parts not even put back together correctly. This place is a joke!

Nice staff was able to work me right in. And got my car partially running with ac till I can get back for fully repair
