⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had Area Towing transport my 14,000-pound street sweeper, and they did an outstanding job. Moving equipment that heavy isn’t easy, but they handled it professionally from start to finish. The driver, Luke, went above and beyond. Not only was he careful and efficient with the load, he even took the time to charge the batteries for me. That kind of extra effort really shows pride in the work and great customer service. MUST READ EVERYONE They need to be sued for purposely prolonging the process of sending an email notary for 3 days and were caught red handed that it was never ever sent. The ladies would say "I sent it" and will wait on the phone with us knowing damn well it was never sent. I had two employees one day after the next both say they "sent out an authorization form to my mother's email". However, it was VERIFIED and CONFIRMED, thankfully on a recorded line that not a single email was sent either time and I was being lied to so they can charge more and more storage fees. This was confirmed by their INTERNAL MANAGEMENT TEAM. The look on your faces when the attorney plays your recorded tape and shows no email was ever sent. You will feel like the two biggest fools.

These people are so nice. They were very helpful. I would give them 10 stars but I can't, only goes to 5. Exceptional service from the front desk woman. The men that drove me to the car, helped me pack all my belongings up. I don't know why you have bad reviews you are excellent! Thank you so much for everything. Oh the one girl I don't remember the young ladies name has her lunch delivered. She even asked me if I would like some. I can't believe it. Thank you again and God bless you all.

This towing company lost my brother’s truck key and didn’t replace it. They are saying they’ll only give $100 for the key when he knows it costs more to not only buy the key but also program it to the truck. Very unprofessional and not helpful AT ALL. When they left the truck, the parked it somewhere we asked him not to park (so close to our neighbors’ driveway)
