Arella Forest at Woodland an Active Adult Apartment

I’ve lived here since Mid November 2025. Janelle toured me in September and is the best. She’s patient and answered my many questions. I moved from north Texas and every time I called Janelle she made me feel so good about my decision to make my move. Elisha helped me when I moved in and what a pleasant employee. I was exhausted from the drive and move but she made everything so easy for me. I love my apartment and am really enjoying my new environment and home. Paige the manager is tops! I highly recommend Arella Forest and enjoy all the many activities they provide for the residents. They do a great job in customer service and make people feel welcome. I made a good decision on this move. Thanks to all three ladies!

My husband Larry and I went to tour this lovely complex. We met Elisha the leasing manager. What a happy wonderful lady! We looked all over the complex! It's amazing. Everyone we met seemed so happy! Elisha helped up locate an apartment just exactly what we were looking for! We are leaving another 55+ apartments that are not meeting our needs! Arella fills the bill! We will be moving in late March! We can hardly weight to get settled into our new home! We also have several friends who will be following us! We are really excited to meet many new friends! Thank you Elisha for your help and making this so easy!

I toured Arella a couple weeks ago with Elisha and was very impressed with the complex! Elisha was very attentive and asked all the right questions to see exactly what I was looking for. But I was able to negotiate a good lease on the current 55+ apartment I am in now so signed for another year. I will be sure to refer my friends to Elisha and if things don't work out in my favor next year, I will be moving to Arella!

Alisha guided me through the process without rushing and took as much time as I needed with questions or concerns. She is a true professional which you don't see very much anymore. I quickly received responses from her and the manager when I have emailed or text. Thank you! I look forward to finally moving in and enjoying the residents and activities.

Just renewed our lease, again! Aside from the amenities: swimming pool, coffee bar, pool table, exercise room, dog park, and scheduled activites ( like dancing, pool games, bridge, etc.) we now have top notch management! So pleased with Paige, Janelle, and Elisha. They really care and work well with our 55+ population.
