I had a family member lock themselves out of their vehicle. Drake showed up within minutes and was able to successfully unlock the car door and retrieve the keys. Very professional and nice!! They do vehicle battery jumps and lockouts for FREE, for People 65 or older and for veterans. Great community service!!!

Arens Services is amazing! My husband’s RGN trailer disconnected from his truck and ended up stuck in a ditch. Shannon showed up quickly without hesitation and knew exactly what to do. Not only did they get everything hooked back up safely, but he also explained what happened, how to fix it properly, and how to prevent it from happening again. They were courteous, quick, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Could not recommend them enough! ⭐️ Thank you, Arens!

Five stars isn’t enough—I’d give Arens Services ten if I could! Jamie answered the phone— she was calm, kind, and had all the information I needed. Drake showed up quickly , assessed the situation, and recovered my totaled car from the ditch without a single scratch added. He was incredibly friendly and honest about what needed to happen. Pricing was completely fair (especially for a late-night accident recovery in the sticks), and the whole experience turned a terrifying night into something manageable. These guys are absolute lifesavers! If you’re anywhere near the area and need a tow, call Arens Services—you will not find better people! Thank you Kelsey, Jamie, Drake and the whole team!

Arens Services is professional, friendly and fast! They have helped me a few times when I have had flat tires and other car issues. I highly recommend them!

I cannot give enough stars to Arens Services. I came across a couple in their older years who had unfortunately locked their keys in their vehicle. We tried (as did many other people) to get the doors open or window slide open to no avail. Called Brwnham Police Department who referred me to a wrecker service who was busy at the time. I randomly picked Arens and an angel of a lady on the phone said they could come quickly and there was zero charge! WHAT?!!! In this day and age? The two young men who came had the door open in no time! Such brilliantly friendly young men and I know exactly who to call or refer people to! Thank you Arens! You are absolutely the best❤️
