I was pleased with the selection of the vehicles at this dealership. I bought the 2011 Infiniti FX35 which is in excellent shape. I replaced two tires and changes the oil myself. I did my full research of the carfax report and checked the engine using a flashlight and q-tips to look for any rust to signify flood issues finding no issues. I was clear on my negotiations going line by line on the additional fees. I will finish this review once they have fixed one mechanical issue which they agreed upon before we sealed the deal. I am still waiting for them to call me to fix the telescopic steering column. Once that is done, I will finalize this review.

This review is simply on CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don’t even need names. Here’s the issue if I’ve been given misinformation all I want to do is get an understanding. Being told two different things is not my issue it’s yours as a company. I have an approved offer letter and was told on Friday we don’t accept it. Then on Monday oh bring the check and will accept it. I want to know what’s the difference? To be told oh we don’t accept Car Gurus T&C is not what I needed help with. I didn’t raise my voice, yell or even show signs of frustration I simply just wanted an understanding from “the boss” which he wanted to insert his dominance. LONG READ: Horrible experience in trying to purchase a car. I found a used car on car fax that was located at this dealership. I called and went to look at the car, and came back a couple days later, after the New Years holiday to do a test drive on a Friday. I had called and set up everything with their financing company and was just waiting to test drive the car to finalize. The test drive went well, there were a couple things that I pointed out to the person who accompanied us on the test drive. He said that their in house mechanic could address all the issues the following day, Saturday, as they had already left for the day.
