DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED HERE! Most of the staff could care less about your loved ones. The place is extremely filthy, extremely! They do dialysis here and the place is disgusting. If I find out who the owner are, they are going to be reported! We walk in today and there is a towel full of feces in front of the nurses station, and they are all sitting there on their phones. We go to leave the towel.is gone but the feces are still on the floor.

What a horrible place. Dirty, understaffed, residents neglected. Cold food. Cramped quarters. If you love your loved one, DO NOT send them here. I gave it one star because there are no negative stars. The website is a joke compared to the downtrodden, shabby reality of this place. It’s a disgrace. Shameful.

If your loved one goes to the hospital, good luck getting ahold of anyone to get paperwork. Nobody wants to answer the phones. They are over worked and understaffed. Please get some workers that actually care. I only gave it a one star because I wouldn't have been able to post a review.

REVIEW #1 Week #1, spent night fully dressed in dialysis chair until 5:30a.m. the next day. Next wheelchair date couldn't get anyone to put me to bed. They found me in the lobby in my wheelchair. Breakfast is horrible can't get coffee or cold cereal only cold eggs. Thanksgiving dinner had corn straight out of refrigerator or cold storage, dried out dressing, turkey without any seasoning. Then I was refused any dialysis sat in hot room with sweats. Can't get into bed. No dental toothbrush, etc. Water is hard to get. Tissues don't exist here. Evidently either. Hard to remember it all. Everything the reviews have said are accurate. This place is terrible. Our lived one has gone downhill since being here. The staffing is terrible and the care is even worse. It’s dirty, the food is bad, the staff might be trying their best but they can’t keep up. Do not send anyone you care about here. If negative star rating was an option I would choose it.
