Arizona Parking Enforcements

This company towed my vehicle on two occasions. The first instance was at San Martin apartments for parking in reverse, and the second was for parking adjacent to a fire lane, which I acknowledge was my error. Both times, I was charged $300 to retrieve my vehicle. However, during the second incident, I discovered that my firearm was missing from my vehicle. The representative initially claimed that the tow truck operator on site was not responsible for towing my vehicle, but subsequently, the operator admitted to being responsible. I hate this company and the shady individuals that work there. The lady even tried to aggressively tell me to leave the yard when I inquired about my missing firearm.

Illegally towed my car and my bumper is damaged. The tow guy was pulled over by the police for having an unregistered truck and was in the middle of a sobertiy check when I pulled over and told the police that my car has been illegally towed, unfortunately there was nothing they can do. There smiles and nice attitude are a mask for a couropt criminal buisness that I will be taking legal action against

Got towed for parking in backwards while visiting my mothers apartment complex. Go to the place and they charge me $270 to release the car. When you get there they play nice like you're at a restaurant. Horrible people who prey on the poor and government housing. The kicker? They are backed into their own spots at the payment place (where there is the same sign they used to justify my tow). What a joke.

They charge an arm and a leg to get your vehicle back. They tow for stupid reasons. Here is a picture of them towing the neighbor’s car while on their paying property. He damaged the car bumper. I took video of the whole thing. At the end of the video, it shows him trying to hit the bumper back into place. He saw me recording, so he decided to record after the fact he messed up the bumper. They have towed 2 of our vehicles in the past for abandoned vehicle when they clearly had insurance and plates. Just because it had cobwebs because her at Tempe Cascade it is invaded with spiders, scorpions and cats. Hopefully they get sued at one point.

I just watched this company pull a truck out to the road in front of my house, then a guy and girl got out, used a slim Jim to break open the door, set the alarm off, then the guy rifled through and took something out of the truck. When I confronted him, he sarcastically said, oh no I would never do something like that, then hurried up and got in his truck and left.
