We had a fantastic experience here. We drove from Middleburg, Florida so over 2 hours away for a vehicle. We got the 2013 Cadillac Escalade esv. We love it. We have had it for 2 weeks now. Everyone at the place that we interacted with was very friendly. We will be back. It was worth the 2 hour drive to me. ❤️ We spoke about coming there to get my daughter her first car and they are willing to help us get whatever she is interested in, so that's a plus. I just bought a 2018 Honda Accord from this dealership. I have to admit, from someone who had doubts about dealerships due to many bad experiences that I've heard and read from other customers, I had no problem with Ark Motors. Buying any used car may come with its corks. It’s the risk we take buying any used car. I already see something that may need some attention down the road. But it’s nothing major. May just need a hybrid battery replacement in the future after I chatGPT’d what that meant on my dash. Which was a question I had asked them. Because I noticed the carfax shared it never had the hybrid battery replaced within it. Nevertheless, it’s a really great running car. You cannot go wrong with a Honda they will last forever. It was a great buy. I’ve always wanted one of these cars, they’re hard to come by. And generally, these cars now at theyear. Some dealerships I see around here are charging $14,000 with more miles for this Honda CRZ for any 2015/2016 models. Shout out to Seth (sales rep) for answering

Do not do business with ARK Motors. The experience my family had was not just disappointing — it was financially devastating. After the hurricane, we were in an extremely vulnerable position and needed to replace both of our vehicles quickly. When we visited ARK Motors, the car we ultimately purchased appeared to drive fine during the test drive and looked visually acceptable for its age. Based on that representation, we moved forward with a $12,000 purchase. Six months later, the reality became clear. We are now facing over $5,000 in repairs just to make the vehicle safe to drive. By far the most friendly and helpful staff at Ark Motors! These guys got me into my dream car, although their wide selection of great condition luxury or used cars tempted me as well.
