I had a unique situation as I was helping out a widow. Jeffrey was amazing and gave me a very fair price on two new tires. We arrived 30 minutes prior to opening and our vehicle was taken right in and work began. Employees were friendly and I feel the customer service was above and beyond. God bless. Arkansas Tire & Auto Service has been my family’s go-to for almost 20 years, and for good reason. The owner, Darrel, is an amazing man who always works with me and my family to make sure we get the best service possible. I trust everyone there with my car because they always get the job done right the first time. Josh is a standout—he’s honest and won’t sell you anything you don’t need, which is rare to find. Jeffrey and Whonda are always friendly and greet you with a smile, making every visit pleasant. The whole team is great, and their professionalism and care have kept me coming back for years. These guys are WIZARDS. We recently were 2 days in on a trip from Alabama to Yellowstone when we had trouble with the clutch on our Subaru. These guys were not only the ONE shop open on Saturday (we had to get towed 45mins the opposite direction on the highway to get to them), but they were able to make the impossible possible. With the part not being in stock, one of their techs remembered a previous job where they replaced a compressor in another Subaru. A few man hours later they had us back on the road, albeit with no AC. They saved our trip. Our family was able to add to our memories, and these guys were the reason for it. THANK YOU!
