Splash 10-Minute Oil Change

The staff at this location are wonderful. They were quick, but efficient. They asked my preference on my tire pressure, instead of just assuming. They were also respectful with my stuff in my glove box when it came to changing my cabin air filter (I have a lot of crap in there lol) and even put it back nicely. Overall great experience and will be coming back. Thank you Kell, Robbie, Beverly and Raul!

I felt like they were genuine and real and were not trying to just get money from me. Examples- the man asked if I’d like to change my air filter because it was dirty and I said ok. Then came back and said they did not have that kind of air filter but I could comeback another day if I’d like. There was no pressure and the communication was direct which I highly value. The woman who helped me knew her craft. When I was all done she offered to help me reset the Engine light. (Keep in mind many places I’ve been to have not known how to do this and I always end up just doing it manually when I get home- no biggie). Sure enough we did not know how to reset the light. And she admitted it and simply said if you’d like you can come back another day and someone with more experience may know. I resp

So fast and friendly! My new place for sure. Beverly (a bad ahh girrrrrl) did my oil change and the manager Summer was so cool too. The waiting area was clean and even had free popcorn, I sat outside and enjoyed the nice weather. I’ll be back!

Service was good but I asked for the price upon arriving and told it was $94.99. I declined another air filter as mine was still good and with a $30 off coupon, I still paid $83.07. No one said that the oil was an additional cost. When I’ve gotten the oil changed at other locations, 5 quarts are included in the price and you only pay for extra. I needed 6.02 quarts. I don’t quite know how .02 quarts were measured lol. Anyway, if you want it done quicker than at Walmart, I’d go here. But if you make an appointment in the Walmart app, you get in quicker now and the full synthetic oil change is much cheaper, without a coupon too.

The team was fast, friendly, and highly professional. Even with heavy traffic and rain, they kept the line moving efficiently and maintained a positive attitude throughout. Overall, it was a great experience. My only concern is that my receipt indicated a complimentary car wash was sent, but I haven’t received it yet. It’s only been a day, so it may still be processing.
