I'm here right now and I'm agreeing with the positive reviews. You guys are awesome!!!! I've never had a shop or dealer fix a problem, take the money and then actually wash the truck after. 10 years in this industry and this is a first for me. Keep up the great work.

Don’t ever never go by there this people no good . I buy the truck from him told me the truck is very good and Red to go. I found out after two weeks I need to fixate and engine electricity issue cast me $8000 so the worst experience I have with all dealership

So on 26 December I flew to New York to look at a couple of tow trucks to purchase. So on the way to the original one I was going to buy I stopped Arkel motors for a tow truck they had listed on Facebook marketplace place briefly Because I pretty much had my mind set To buy the other truck that I had not made it to yet. So the salesman come out started the truck let it run for five minutes I briefly looked around the truck and went onto the next vehicle which turned out failing to start so I made my way back to LaGuardia airport to get a flight home. So after I make it home I called Bill which is the salesman Arkel motors and ask him if there’s anything wrong with the truck that I may not have seen or that I need to know about And he tells me no this is a great truck they use it all the ti

Parts guy on the phone was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I'm a parts guy myself and couldn't imagine talking to a potential customer the way he did, especially for a sale of over $2500. From the second he picked up the phone to the second we hung up, extremely disrespectful. Who answers the company phone saying "yeah?!" Or makes remarks like "do you want it or not, I'm busy" imagine telling a customer "I'm busy". Such a bad experience, I wouldn't call this shop back, even if I was paid to do so.

They can't answer many questions involving inventory. They don't k ow what they have or when they'll have it... lol
