Brought vehicle in for an inspection on 02/19/26 for a popping sound coming from passenger front. Technicians found the problem right away and pointed it out to me so I could see it. Brought vehicle back on 02/20/26 to have the work done. Part was there waiting. They promptly went to work and fixed it rather quickly. Going through the door this morning the place smelt great and clean. Great coffee as well. They make you feel like family while you're there. When came time to pay the bill they offered military discount. The guys up there are top notch and very professional. If you want quality and honest work that's the place to go. All I can say is that they are a great group of guys!!

Goodyear provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The technicians were thorough, transparent, and professional. Pricing was good, and the work was completed as promised. I appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. They’re like my family I come to them about my car for anything because I trust them. I love my guys at the shop.

Workers were so nice. They were able to tell me what was wrong with my car and able to fix it by the next. They were also able to give me a very decent price. And a 10% Discount because I’m a JU student. I’m very happy with this place and I will be returning if I happen to ever need somebody to fix my car. FIREEEEE 😝😝🤠

Needed shocks for my 20yr old truck, that has a very specific suspension system. After doing lots of online research, I found out that I may need a complete conversion to a new system. Which made me nervous about who I could trust to do it. I spoke with the guys at Arlington Tire & Service, and not only did they already know all about my truck’s original suspension, they also knew exactly what to do about converting. They tried to get the original parts, taking the time and effort to research and contact several different vendors, but eventually I decided to go with the conversion and wow what a difference that made! I came in this morning right at 7:30 hoping for a pretty good experience based off of the Google reviews , which I understand is never really ideal for places to have a customer walk in as soon as business opens. I was greeted by what I’m assuming was the manager in a very dull tone asking How can I help you? With no eye contact . I explained that I just needed my tire plugged. I had a screw in it. He responded. Well you’ll be waiting until 8. My guys don’t start until then. The 30 mins wasn’t the issue more so the tone and unprofessional attitude . I’m very understanding to the fact that it was early however I’m not understanding the lack of professionalism and speaking. The reviews seemed really good so maybe he was just having an off day. I hope his day gets better.
