Arlington Toyota Parts

Stopped in to Arlington Toyota for my first time today. I was immediately greeted by Hayden Harberson. Very professional and had extensive knowledge for the inventory and product. He helped me find the best vehicle to fit my needs and was very transparent and upfront when working the numbers for my approval. Juan Ramirez helped me finalize the deal in finance. He was very thorough in explaining all terms and agreements. Both Gentleman were fantastic and I strongly encourage you to check out Arlington Toyota if you are in Jacksonville. 5 star service. I ordered the wrong part online and only realized that when I compared my old speaker with the replacement speaker. Called today 9 June 2025 at around 2 in the afternoon and spoke to Gaz about my situation and told me the correct part is in stock. I stopped by today around 3:30 and spoke to John over at the parts counter and told him my situation as well. Gaz went and notified John about the situation on his part and they both went above and beyond to help me correct my parts order. Despite the limitations over an online order, Gaz and John went around those limitations and presented the correct part to me and left within 30 minutes. Thank you Gaz and John at Arlington Toyota Parts department. Extremely professional and courteous. The part I needed was the front door speaker driver side.

I can’t recall ever having a transaction go that smoothly at the parts department of any dealer anywhere. I gave the man my VIN, he showed me a diagram. We identified the parts I needed. He had them in stock and I was able to pay with cash at the same window! I was on my way in five minutes or less. It took me longer to type this review.

I like the customer service. I call on the phone to order a part around mind day but I forgot to give my name for the order. I went pick up the part a little later surprisingly the was put aside the counter waiting on me to come paid for it and pick it up. Nice job Arlington Toyota Parts!

I give them 10/10, they helped me out to get the right part for my taco, they even checked few times to make sure it was right one.
