Arndt's Towing & Recovery - Heavy Duty

have had nothing but a hard time with this company. almost 6 weeks post accident and still don't have my car back due to them leaving me and my insurance company without a response for over a week! the car sat at a staff-less tow yard with no way of an adjuster getting access to the vehicle. this has pushed my body shop work back by almost 3 weeks. They have refused "third party" payment from my insurance company leading to the refusal of the release on my car. their "affiliate" body shop who is working on my car had to foot the bill for my car to be released. Any phone call that has been answered has been nasty and rude responsed. the company didn't even tow my car in the first place! they subleased from another company. don't waste your time or money!

Great service. The guy who towed my car took extreme care when putting my vehicle on the bed of his truck. Fair price considering my distance I used them for. I rated it a four star only because I was sitting around for two hours before they showed up. Granted I would definitely use this company again if needed to.

Extremely thankful for our experience. The owner came out to tow our truck and ended up staying a few hours to help us fix our issue. He was professional, and personable. He was great with our two young sons. Overall cannot express how grateful we are to have used his service.

Thank you for coming to change my tire for me on Friday evening, 11/30/18! I called 4 other places and 2 of them would not come and 2 even hung up on me without any explanation at all. Rather, Arndt's was friendly and came out within the hour. I was so darned happy to see Will and know that I would be able to get home. Will was friendly, efficient, and professional. He took my lowered Audi to the body shop when I hit a deer. He brought all the equipment to get it up with no further damage. Amazing work. Don’t call anyone else.
