Employees aren’t very knowledgeable and store often falls short of having the necessities on hand, just plain poor management. Prices are always 30% higher than Napa and employees at Napa know exactly what you need and have it on hand for better price and quality saving valuable time and money. Arnold’s is always my last choice if I’m desperate.

Always willing to order whatever you need if they don't have in store and great customer service!! They take extra time to make sure your getting what you need and as soon as possible. Landon and Dean understand cars and what you need to get the job done. The the small town feel and experience is always appreciated!! Keep up the good work you guys have a great thing going.
