Heartland Tire & Auto

It was single digit temperatures and I was struggling to fill my tires properly at the local gas station. I called Heartland and Scott was able to fit me in at a moment's notice. I will definitely be buying my next set of tires at Heartland in Creston!

Had tire problems on the road which left me stranded. Called Heartland Tire for roadside assistance and they were quick to respond. In short order they were able to get my tires replaced and had me back on the road. I was treated well and actually pleasantly surprised when given the bill. They really don't listen to you as a customer. Seemed disappointed I was in there for an oil change. While I was waiting I heard a guy walk back in after his tire fell off of his car. I will not be back here.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Had a nail in one of my tires and needed 4 new tires. They had them over nighted to their shop, put on my car, and fixed all of my tire sensors in less than 24 hours. Absolutley highly recommend Heartland Tire & Auto.

We brought in our car for a wheel bearing replacement. The work was completed in about 3 hours. When I picked up the car, the ABS & traction control lights were on. Upon inspection, it was found that a sensor was broken during the initial repair. Lonny got the part ordered and replaced the next day free of charge. Heartland is consistently professional, honest and reliable. We have done business here for years and will continue to do business here in the future.
