Great service! They worked really hard on our car, but what stood out the most was their genuine concern for our safety. From the moment we brought it in, they listened carefully to what we were experiencing and didn’t just go with the first assumption. They had an idea of what the issue might be, but instead of rushing through it, they took the time to really investigate and get to the root of the problem. That level of thoroughness is rare these days, and it gave us a lot of peace of mind. They kept us informed throughout the process, explained everything in a way we could understand, and made sure we felt confident before getting back on the road. Excellent shop! Quickly diagnosed the problem with my Z4 convertible roof (GM5 Module) and provided recommendations and instruction for repair. The team was easy to work with and answered all my questions. A+++ business. Thanks to John and Andrew my roof works again.

I been in this business for along time and it's hard to find people who know what to do and how to do it. First, presentation is the key to being a business owner. Their office is always clean and feels like home. Second, John Sr and John Jr are great people. They make you feel welcome to talk to them and there no bull or beating around the bush. They will tell you what the problem is 95% of the time before they put there hands on it. Their pricing is very reasonable for the high quality work and service they provide - from regular maintenance to full repairs. I also know that the owner values his employees because he selected and has kept mechanics that are experts in their field. This is especially important to customers that need auto repair for import, performance vehicles.
