Mike and Henry are both extremely nice & knowledgeable. They work fast but thorough, and have great communication. Coming from only Audi’s, I didn’t have a BMW shop to go to in Cincy yet. Now I will only be bringing my BMW’s to these guys. Couldn’t recommend enough!
