Arrow Auto Glass

The technician Dan was very pleasant and professional. He called with an arrival window and then 20 minutes out. He did a great job and he left the area of my driveway clean! The whole process from scheduling to install was perfect. Hopefully I don’t need to replace a windshield soon, but if I do I will call Arrow Auto Glass for all my future needs. I will recommend them to all my friends.

If I could rate this a zero star I would. I got my windshield replaced while I was working. When I got in the car after work I noticed two small cracks in the dash. I knew they were new, but I didn’t complain. A few weeks later the cracks spread down my dash. I called my insurance to contact arrow. They sent some rep to come inspect my car. She tried convincing me the cracks were there and I never noticed until now because I’m looking at my new windshield. I told her I detail my car often and never had cracks. She said her boss would be down to look and never came or got a call back it has been two weeks now. On top of that the windshield is one month old and already has a crack in it. I called safe lite to repair it and she was wonderful. Will never recommend or use arrow glass again.

Appointment was set up right away. The Technician was professional and transparent as to arrival time. The replacement took place at a job site, which was no problem for this glass Company. The receipt was sent immediately after the service was provided. Thank you for being great!

I thought that aero glass company in Brockton did a fabulous job replacing my front windshield after been cracked from the left side all the way to the right through the snowstorm. From taking my very first call to having the technician call me after they calibrated my windshield because I couldn’t be at home at the time they were coming. They told me when they were coming. They were on time they were neat. They even reattached the stickers that I had in my windows for the car wash, etc. They went above and beyond and so friendly I highly recommend them!

The Arrow Technician that came to change my windshield and the follow up Technician to calibrate the sensors were A+++, both Bill and Jarid gave me call aheads for their visit and kept me informed of their exact time of their arrival so I could plan my day, very much appreciated. Both had very positive communication skills on expectations and answering my questions on what they needed to do and the timing of completion, very smooth. Both explained to me more about windshields and the calibration process than I ever knew before, very useful information. Bill had a perfect installation of my windshield, better than brand new and Jarid sent me a full calibration report that I found very informative.Their customer service was 5 Star plus.
