I came here to try somewhere new for an oil change after being unsatisfied with so many other shops in town. Very happy with the service at arrow automotive. Easy to get on the schedule, completed in less than 90 minute after drop off. The business is clean, staff are friendly and professional and I was given recommendations of additional service. I would not hesitate to come back here for further maintenance in the future

I chose to try out Arrow Automotive because of their great reviews and responses to their reviews. I was not disappointed! I called to make an appointment for fluid exchanges as my car is nearing 90,000 miles. Before they scheduled the fluid exchanges I requested, they offered to do research to look into my specific make, model, and year to ensure that the items I was asking for would be due and pertinent. They called back within 10 minutes, gave me the research they found, and suggested a transmission exchange service and brake fluid exchange. I dropped my car the morning of my appointment and they were done before 2:00. This is the first car shop I've been to that doesn't smell of oil and tires. Update: About once or twice a year I come in here for service on my vehicle. This place has earned my trust over the years and does a really good job at keeping your car in good condition. They are not money grubbing and recommend what actually needs to be fixed and give you some warnings about things that are coming so you can consider and plan for them. They have even given me rides home when the service is significant. And they have a great night box. If you need to drop off. Communication is good here and they don't jump into doing things that are not authorized. Love this place! * Update: Got a new car and the battery died. I received a coupon in the mai, the price was 1/2 off, which came in very handy. Talked w Stece couplel times on the phone, he was very curious, and friendly. Steve even took the time to look at and snap back on a peice in my tire well that was to hard for me to fix. I definitely will use Arrow again. Thanks gentleman!

Incredible pre-purchase inspection. They seem to take great pride and joy in leaving no stone unturned. If there is a problem with the vehicle you bring in they will find it and document it in great detail. The staff discreetly and in very clear terms told me *exactly* what my decision should be regarding the vehicle that was brought in. Mike helped me dodge a bullet today and I felt like the whole staff was not only fair but very friendly. 1,000% worth the time and money spent, I will for sure be returning.
