Michael was the associate who helped me throughout the entire process, and he was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to explain the repair estimate in detail and handled all communication with my insurance company, which removed a huge amount of stress from the situation. Extremely impressed with Arrowhead Collision Center staff and the facility. Met with one of the collision experts by the name of Tulio and was actually relieved after speaking with him and going over the collision centers capabilities and specialties. We've had repairs done in the past at other repair shops and the experience and facilities were far less than what we experienced at Arrowhead Collision. For sure the only place we will be taking our cars in the future for any collision repairs.

I had an appt. scheduled for 10am but I sought to push it back to after 3pm the same day. Due to previous experience w/Tech availability at other Body Shops, I was expecting to be cancelled & forced to reschedule for another day. I spoke to Courtney at the front desk where she & was extremely kind & VERY understanding about my situation. Zach the Estimator was willing to work with me to get our vehicle in after 3pm & Jason the Mechanic Tech worked on our vehicle & then patiently answered any/all of my questions thoroughly. It’s sad to say that Customer Service is a RARE commodity these days but the respectful staff & peaceful atmosphere at Arrowhead Collision Center compelled me to stop & appreciate everything about them. Absolutely horrible quality, no one answers their phone at the shop, the painter doesn’t know how to paint car, supposed to be certified Volvo Collision Center and puts out subpar quality Maaco could do better. Had my car nearly a month and get back a absolutely filthy car, with baked on bird crap on the roof that is now corroded, paint has tons of defects, pin holes, overspray, and metallic paint is blotchy. Run! Go somewhere else.
