Arrowhead Towing & Recovery

I was in an accident where I was sent to the hospital. Even though I had AAA They came to tow my vehicle with out asking me if I had a preference. I go in with a broken neck the next day. Charged me 500 for me to just get my tools out the back so I could work to make money. With Several tools missing afterwards. Will never trust again.

Our car broke down and AAA sent them to come save us. Riley was very apologetic about it taking so long to get to us (we were in the MIDDLE OF NO WHERE). Got our car to where it needed to be without hassle! Riley then reached out a couple days later to make sure we were good and that we got our car fixed and to our destination! Great job on the customer service!!!

Way over priced and impounded a vehicle that had permission to be where it was. and now they want $900 to get it out

Sons truck broke down and these vultures scooped it up within 45 minutes . We were getting a car trailer to recover it ourselves. They Had it less than 24 hours and still got 600 bucks from us and acted like they helped us out with a “ discount “ . I completely understand why they need all those cameras at their site , 🍀

"I'm sorry our webpage hasn't been updated since the previous owner passed" sounds like a cop out, you're in business and on principle your I's T's & periods should be present otherwise you are simply wasting people's time.
