Hands down the best mechanics in town. I won't go anywhere else to get my car worked on. The manager of this establishment always gives great service and doesnt try to sell me any bullshit I don't need. I was preparing for a 2500 mile road trip and they took great care of my car. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience replacing all 4 tires and getting new brakes thanks to Ed Jimenez, the manager at Artesia Tires & Service. He was extremely helpful in getting budget friendly service and tires. I came in one morning after my tires blew out and Ed was able to get me new tires and a brake job all on the same day! Incredible customer service and work. I’m glad to have found a trustworthy and reliable tires and service center with Ed taking care of his customers. Highly recommend for tires and brake jobs!

I went in because I had a nail in my tire. I walked in and they took care of me fast. It was a Monday morning around 10am. They found 2 in nails in my tire and they took care of the problem. It’s been 2 weeks and the car drives fine. It looks like a clean experienced body shop. I would call them to see what type of service they offer. They seem pretty knowledgeable. They don’t do smogs and they don’t sell used tires.

Of course I got a $3,000 repair/maintenance quote from the dealership after an oil change. But who can afford that? Not me. I heard of Ed from a friend of mine. I decided to give him a shot. BEST DECISION! Ed was very knowledgeable, honest and had great customer service. I gave him "the list", they checked my car and told me the real version of what I needed. He was competitive and saved me a good bit of money. I left feeling confident in the work that was done to my car. He will definitely be my go to mechanic from here on out.

I accidentally drove over a lot of glass and immediately the tire indicator show the tire rapidly losing air. I debated whether I was going to Artesia Tire or Pep Boys. I chose Artesia Tire because they were always reliable in the past. I was greeted by Ed who has the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I told Ed what happened to the tire and that I needed to pick up my grand child from preschool in an hour and a half. Mr Ed said he would have someone check the tire and let me know if it needed to be replaced. The short version is they were able to repair the tire and I was on.my way 15 minutes later. Highly recommend this company for all needed car service. Thank you again Ed.you are truly amazing
