Omni 6 Collision Center

I recently had a car accident and was referred to Omni 6 Collision Center by my insurance company. I’ve been to several other body shops in the past after accidents, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Young helped me throughout the entire process. From the beginning until the day I picked up my car, he kept me updated and followed up regularly. He was very professional and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They also kept their promise about the repair timeline, and my car was ready on the date they initially promised. The repair quality was excellent, and I’m very satisfied with the result. I also really appreciated that they detailed and cleaned my car before returning it to me.

I went there through my insurance after a minor front bumper accident, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. 1. Poor communication: They told me they would provide updates on the repair timeline, but I never received any until I had to call multiple times myself. As a customer, this was highly frustrating. After I told them about my frustration strongly, they started sharing the timeline. 2. Unnecessary delays: They claimed they couldn’t start the repair because my insurance hadn’t approved it yet. However, my insurance company confirmed that since this shop is already partnered with them, no extra approval was needed. This miscommunication led to a 3–4 day delay and unnecessary rental car expenses. 3. Inaccurate breakdown sheet: My Tesla does not have a front license

I was told my repair would take 8 days, but it ended up taking 65 days. I was also promised the shop would cover my rental car costs beyond the 30 days my insurance covers, but they are now refusing to honor that commitment. The extreme delays, poor communication, and broken promises made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this shop.

My insurance company referred me to this body shop for repairs due to a traffic collision. I’m very satisfied with the work done and the communication regarding updates, promised timeline of returning my vehicle and response times. They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle came back to me right. I hope to never have to use a body shop again but I will return if I’m unfortunate enough to need one.
