Great body shop. 2020 was not the year for my jaguar xe. I had 3 accidents and on all 3 occasions Pacheco automotive took incredible care of my vehicle. They worked with me and promptly got me a rental car each time. They treat your car like it was their own, which is more than you can ask for. Big thank you to the whole team, especially Cassandra for always coordinating with me and going above and beyond, and Bob for transporting my car!

If I could put zero stars, I would. This company used to be great, however they now no longer care about the average customer, they only care about their Jaguar & Land Rover contracts with dealerships. We had an appointment, dropped our car off to get fixed, received a rental and within 48 HRS they called stating they needed the rental back. I was told they would reschedule within a week or two and provide another rental, this was a flat out LIE. They never called, after several calls trying to make the follow up appointment, they kept repeating the same statement that they had more "Jaguars & Land Rovers" coming in from the dealership. The original rental agreement stated "return upon completion" but we were trusting and nice enough to bring it back and reschedule, all for them to NEVER r

Another glowing review for this company! Every step of the way the team at Pacheco exceeded expectations! They handled EVERYTHING, never had to speak to an insurance company once they had my car (which was picked up and a beautiful loaner car dropped off) to being so proactive- I never had to call for an update as they constantly check in, to the final delivery of my car. Honestly with the amazing detail and incredible precision of the work my car looks better and cleaner then when I bought it. The staff here truly is incredible and has the customers best interest in mind. 100% do not hesitate if you are looking h for a body shop for your Range Rover as their work is unparalleled.

Pacheco's is the best automotive shop in Rhode Island hands down. They are such a pleasure to work with and are honest and extremely helpful. My Range Rover needed a lot of work done and during it's time in the shop, they never cut any corners and make sure to do their job thoroughly and with integrity. Cassandra and the team are always a phone call away when we need them. Highly recommended & amazing company. Don't take your vehicle anywhere else.

Pacheco Automotive did an all around great job and their customer service is just as a good. If I was able to give them more than 5 stars I definitely would.
