Please do not come here. Customer service is terrible. They do not care about your car and have very poor service manners. Also, they close at 3 , came here at 2 but refused to give me an oil change because they were “cleaning up”

Great service honest tells you what you need to fix the car and fair price

I don't trust, any other mechanic but Rich. I've been taking my cars here for a long time. It also helps I work right across the street :) Time and time again, the guy beats anyone's prices. Above all he's honest, which you don't fine to common no or days. I am taking this time to finally write a review, because he just changed my exhaust manifold and did not bankrupt me. The cost of the part, is the cost of the part, no way around it. But his experience and labor cost is unbeatable. Give him a try.

I've worked across the street for over 20 years and have known Richie for almost that long. He always gives me "just the facts". If I go in for one job and he see's additional issues, he will let me know without trying to upsell me. While over the years I've had multiple issues with shady mechanics, I have to say that Richie is the diamond in the rough. I recommend him to all of my friends and associates at work.

My elderly father has been using him for a few years and I have always been a bit skeptical that they were taking him to the cleaners.. upon my dads insistence I allowed them to do my oil change about 6 months ago.. which they did .. I recently went to Valvoline for the 15 min oil change this time which revealed that my oil filter canister was worn from being closed too tightly.. Valvoline gave me paperwork to show Arthur for them to replace it as they were the last ones to touch it.. I go there politely and Arthur’s immediately says it’s not his business that it’s broken .. I instructed that he fix it which led to him yelling at me until my dad had to get involved..after he reluctantly went and loosened it he tried to send me on my way with the same broken canister ..
