I am consistently impressed with this shop and grateful that it is within walking distance of my apartment. I am a life-long enthusiast and I have always done every bit of my own automotive work as I can, up to and including transmission and engine rebuilds and swaps. It is incredibly important to me to find a shop that works with care, knowledge, and experience, and Artisan does every single time. I am never left wondering about the status of my vehicle, whether or not a job will be completed properly, or whether I've left my vehicle with someone trustworthy. Even when hiccups are found (incredibly rare), Artisan will jump right on making it right, no questions asked. I’ve personally known the owner of this place and his family since I was a kid, and they have always run one of the best shops in Buffalo. Of course they specialize in the fancy European imports, but even for some general bodywork after someone messed up my driver side door trying to break the lock, they not only did an excellent job but fixed it for under what my insurance estimate was. There’s lots of places who can handle basic stuff like an oil change, but for anything that really matters, I will take it to Artisan Autoworks 100% of the time

In a world where it’s very VERY difficult to trust auto mechanic's, these guy’s are the real deal. I’m grateful for the work they’ve done to my Audi as well as my father’s Porsche. I always recommend anyone who has a Euro car to them. Always honest. Always a reasonable price. I hope places like this put dealerships out of business. From the moment I walked into the body shop and spoke with Rush and the owner of the shop I knew this is where I wanted to take my car for body work. Rush did an amazing job communicating with me through out the entire process. They both worked with me on getting the best price for the job and the car turned out fantastic! March 13, 2022 Artisan, It is with great pleasure that I provide your facility with a critique for the masses to see as well as try you all for servicing as well. I've been working with this place for over a year. They have handled gasket and valve work. Provided oil changes, inspections ect. They are always welcoming, polite, professional and honest to me as the consumer. Their rates are fair and they are very capable of meeting deadlines. They have a cozy atmosphere and a systematic approach that coincided with my schedule and have enlightened me on things that I should be proactive on in addition to accommodating me on short notice.
