First time i went, great experience. Second time, well - didn’t use them the second time. Was told to bring my car in 4 days later, just to be told 4 days later it may not even be looked at until the following week. Just wish they actually set appointments or were upfront. Then just like made it seem like I was the one being rude about the whole thing. Won’t go back. There are so many competitors around, it’s easy to pick someone else.

called with 2 seperate vehicles needing work done to brake lines guy who answered blatantly refused as if it's not called art's front end and brake service. Repeatedly was told they do not accept new customers and wouldn't take either vehicle. Don't care about being refused but don't have your business name say brake services the refuse for said exact thing

I've been very pleased with the service I receive from D. I don't allow anyone else to touch my vehicle anymore. I got a quote and a deal for all the work I needed done. He wanted to be sure I wanted the work completed before he did anything. My car ran beautifully when I picked it up. Leaving it tomorrow for an oil change and if he's got time enough a tune up too. If not then next week for the tune up. I don't trust mechanics as a rule but D is very, honest, hard working, and tries to please everyone. Customers, his managent, etc. Never had a problem with Art's and D :-)

Always does an excellent job on my vehicle. Best mechanic around. Fixed issues nobody else could figure out. Love their work, even my alignment that they did after my tires. I will ALWAYS come back. Thank you, Arts Front End.

I decided to try out a new mechanic and went to Art's Front End and Break Service for a small job that had to do with my evap canister and filter. I dropped my car off on a Sunday and called every day until Wednesday for a quote so I could decide whether or not I would like them to perform the work on my car. Each day I called the more they got annoyed and told me that they could not provide me with a quote. They were incredibly rude on the phone, had no customer service skills, called me "honey" "sweetie" each and every time and never showed the respect that I deserved. Finally on Wednesday when I spoke to the customer service guy I again asked for a quote. He told me that one of the two parts would cost me $230. He ordered the second part but didn't know how much it was....which is stra
