I've been using Arty's Auto Service since 2020 for multiple vehicles (Honda CRV, Ford F150, Subaru Outback, and previously a Kia Forte), and they've earned my complete trust. When my Honda's tire came off on I-495 in Maryland after improper service at Reedman Toll Honda in Downingtown, Arty's demonstrated exactly why I trust them. Went to get a used car diagnosis for 69.99 on a newly purchased car what was told. I was called mid service and they told me it would be more to diagnose the problem. Recived another call to tell me they still dont know the problem and would need to do more to diagnose. And gave me a bill of 2k to fix whatever need to be fixed. I didnt proceed with the fix and decided to pickup car in to find out they gave me vehicle state inspection which is 69.99 not what i asked for the told me its the same Inspection just 20 more for used vehicle Inspection. So they charge you more for used vehicle Inspection over state Inspection. It was a hassel for no reason. Now im walking out the door paying 300 for them to tell me one thing a tire rod is bad. Save yourself the hassel and choose a different shop

Super friendly and up front - it's hard to find a place to service your car that you feel is honest and actually cares. They did my inspection and an oil change and they were super helpful. When it was going to take an extra day waiting for delivery of a new tail light that I needed, they offered me a shuttle back to them and a loaner car so that I could get my son to his orthodontist appointment. When I came to pick up and there was a miscommunication about price, they handled that very professionally as well. You can definitely tell that Arty actually cares about the customers having an all around good experience with them, and it is reflected in his team as well.

I discovered I had a roofing nail in my tire and stopped here on a whim after leaving work around 4:15 on a Friday to see if they would be able to plug my tire. Not only did they do it last minute but they were all super friendly and incredibly helpful! I have a brand new car covered under warranty but I will not hesitate to use them in the future!
