We had a windshield replaced on our 2018 Lincoln Navigator. The shop manager talked us into not using an OEM windshield. The installation was done 6/2023. Over the last year+ I have noticed condensation on the inside of my windshield, but I had no idea why. Finally, I got the answer. I opened the vehicle to see a two-inch puddle of water on the driver’s floorboard. I traced the leave to a faulty windshield install. You could push the glass out from the inside. I had to buy a special tool to remove the driver's seat so I could pull up the carpet. I had fans blowing on the wet jute automobile padding for 4 days. Excellent experience with ASAP Auto Glass! Edward came out to my home earlier than expected, loved that! He replaced my windshield with no problem all by himself! Held a genuine conversation with me the entire time, answering all of my curious questions and not missing a beat with getting the installation done. Gave me valuable information regarding my wipers, informing me how beneficial it would be to replace my wipers as well. Once the windshield was in and we said goodbye, Edward came back and measured my wipers to go back to the shop and pick up the right wipers and actually came back and installed those as well!
