ASAP Mobile Auto Repair broke a wire to the 10 pin audio connector on my '07 FJ Cruiser. The bypassed by jamming a wire into the connector from the power source instead of properly replacing the connector. They also damaged the trim panel during the installation of the fog light switch. They said absolutely nothing about the damage they caused. Multiple attempts have been made to amicably correct the damage they caused, but they've shown no interest.
