Honestly I would only go here if they had the exact car you wanted. Which for me they did. The car is great and the young gentleman who helped prepare our paperwork was awesome! That said the salesman Chris just seems like everything you would associate with a used car salesman. I left feeling like there was a 50% chance that EVERY single thing he said may have been a lie. So if you go here and meet a guy named Chris.... run. I think everyone else are probably OK. He went as far as to tell us he was "working with someone else on the same car" but low and behold it was there the next day. Then they tried to charge us $500 for doing the paperwork. After looking it up the state charges something like $10. All and all love my car so far, just not the buying experience.

This was the first time I’ve ever purchased a vehicle out of state, without seeing it in person. Then adding in the vehicle I purchased, a 2024 Cadillac Escalade ESV V series it makes it much more worrisome as a first time out of state buyer on a higher end unique vehicle. I would highly recommend Asay Auto, especially working with Chris, Santi and the owner Richie. Towards the end of the sale process, Richie and I communicated non stop until my vehicle arrived across country and it is absolutely immaculate with zero surprises. I love this vehicle beyond measure and I hope someone with just as much OCD as me gets to purchase the Escalade I traded in. Thanks again to the Asay Auto team and I look forward to the next vehicle purchase!
