When I got the bill I couldn't believe what I was seeing, for replacing the air governor which was replaced in less than an hour they charged me $508 for labor plus shop suplies where they used maybe one break cleaner they charged $76 and the air governor part itself they charged $238 whose real price is no more than $100. I don't think I'll ever come here again.

This is absolutely the worst mechanic I have ever used. I brought my truck in to fix a leaking coolant line, and decided to get the transmission fluid flushed as well since it needed to be done. I picked up my truck and drove it 5 miles to harbor freight. I came out of the store and walked up to the passenger side, where I could see my coolant reservoir, which was bone dry. I called, they told me they put 2 gallons of coolant in and it should be full. I said it wasn’t, they tried to give me a hard time, but agreed to look at it. I took it back, they looked at it (without me there), said that there must have been “a big air bubble that swallowed up the coolant.” They put more in. Fine. Don't let these people fool you, They do not care about you or your choice to purchase from them. I bought a 2018 LT 625 in Sept of 2024. I flew out to Cedar Rapids IA to pick it up and they Had to drive me 1.5 hrs to Dubuque IA where the truck actually was on a Sunday when the dealership was closed. The salesman who picked me up from the airport and drove me to Dubuque explained that they had tested all of the systems on the truck and everything was good to go. I signed all of the paperwork on his tailgait on the side of a street and he gave me the keys and left. When I started driving back to Colorado the DEF system started showing issues. I had a DOT inspection done on a trailer by these guys. They did everything quickly. Very friendly staff. I recommend it to everyone.

This shop is one of the best I have ever been to, had a older truck brought in and had it fixed in no time, called and gave status reports on the repairs daily! And Any parts that were ordered was able to be shipped to our shop which saved us a 45 minute drive, very friendly staff, nice facility! 10/10!
