Responding to your reply- First of all, you literally stated right in front of us as you were attempting to remote start the vehicle “it’s not starting”. A minute later we walk out to start the vehicle and there’s a check engine light. Being a car dealership I image you know that check engine lights prevent remote start from working correct? Correct. Secondly, the check engine light didn’t “come on” when we were driving. Like we said, it was on when the vehicle started before we even LEFT THE LOT. I find it quite hard to believe you “couldn’t get it to throw any codes” but since they conveniently aren’t there now, here are photos we took of the codes it threw! I just recently purchased a 2018 Ram truck from them and had a really great experience. They were very friendly and helpful.
