Ascendance Truck Centers

I took my truck here several times. Let’s just say I was paying for services that was not being done or it wasn’t done correctly. I also purchased my trucks from this company run while you can. My truck still isn’t fixed correctly. I can write a whole book on my experience. I’m not sure who the owner of this company is, but they need to hire mechanics that know what they are doing.

I scheduled a day to have the transmission in my truck replaced. Told it would take 4 or 5 days.done. kept pulling prople off to do other jobs. Three weeks later, it was finally done.

A huge shoutout to Ascendance Truck Center in Lancaster, PA. Our RV broke down in PA on Route 283 at the Union Street ramp late afternoon on a Thursday. A young lady, Nicole, stopped to ask if we needed any help and said she worked for a trucking company. I asked if they worked on RV’s and she said, “in fact we do”. She was on her way to pick up her kids from school and pulled over to find out what our issue was. She could have just driven by but took the time to offer help. She was immediately on the phone with her company to see if they could help. We determined that our alternator went bad, and they gathered information and were promptly on top of it. We were in the process of contacting AAA (a nightmare in itself) and told her we would have the RV towed to their location. Afte

Hands down the best experience I've had with a shop ever. Very kind and professional. They set up a fast appointment and met me at my place where my truck was located and helped me work through the issues Dealing with Kevin and Anthony was a delight after having very bad experiences at other shops. Keep up the good work!
