Ascendance Truck Centers

My company had called this outfit to do a repair on one of our trucks. The truck had twisted a drive yoke and needed replaced. After a month the truck is coming back to our shop 2.5 hours away still broke plus other damage caused by them. They cut the tie rod bar on the steerable tag axle to replace the yoke on the drive line. The yoke they ordered the first time was the wrong one. Now the truck is in worse shape and still down which equals lost revenue. Communication from the service manager is a complete joke and Five star should be ashamed to have that guy in that position.

This Five Star International Williamsport branch without a doubt live up to their name. Every bit of their service is Five Stars. The technicians are off the chain, the service department is awesome, and even the sales department is magnificent, the whole branch is knowledgeable, they know their trucks. This branch knows what they are doing and they do it right. Thank you, Deb, Shane, Nate, Ethan, Gordy, and the parts department man, you guys have made my visits to Five Star International one to remember. We will seeing you guys once a year to do the PM on our truck.

This is the worst place I have ever done business with! Not only did they trump up my bill to the tune of $2700 for an oil change basically but only changed the oil filter not even the oil! They also carried on repeatedly about paying with cash because they don't take out of town checks. I guess if I over charged people and didn't do the work I would be afraid of getting a stop payment too. But the best part was after I paid the bill and went about 2 blocks and stopped for fuel went to start truck and it wouldn't start. So I called them as it was a Friday and 10 minutes before closing and I am 300 miles from home so called them and asked could they come and maybe give me a jump. I was told no they were leaving and I could call a truck! Yes real customer service here!

Great staff, they had what I needed. Parts are pricey but you don't have a choice if you need the parts.
