Good Tire Service

I cannot say enough good things about Good Tire in Williamsport, PA. They truly went above and beyond for me. On a Sunday — during a snowstorm — they came out to where I was (not even my workplace), removed my tire on-site, and took it back to their shop to repair it. They handled everything quickly and professionally, which saved me an incredible amount of time that I honestly did not have. Their willingness to help in terrible weather and outside of normal hours shows the kind of customer service you just don’t find anymore. Reliable, responsive, and genuinely helpful when you need it most. I am beyond grateful and will absolutely be recommending them to everyone. I had a blowout today on interstate 80 and my company called Good Tire , I have to say that They were very expedient on getting to me. They quoted me an ETA. They were actually there before the ETA. The young man Tyler my service tech was nothing but more than absolutely 100% professional had a great personality. It was very expedient of getting me back on the road at safe at the same time I would recommend this company to anybody that needs road service. Had a tire blowout on my camper and Joey was driving by and stopped to ask if we needed any help. So the next morning we went there and Jim put 4 tires on rims and put them all on my camper so we could continue on our vacation. I highly recommend as they we super helpful, friendly, professional and quick!
