Ashburn European Service Center

The FRM module in my 2011 BMW 3 series was shot, so i went to Ashburn european auto service to get it checked out. They were nice enough inside, so we left the car to get diagnosed and provided a quote for just the FRM job. Later that day, they provided a quote for almost $1,400 for parts, labor, and fees… $1400??? $1400 for a job that would take a blind guy with no arms and hour (maybe 2) to do. The technician told me the FRM was completely bricked and needed to get a new one (which came out to be between 4-500) and they charged almost 400 to take it out and put it in (excuse me)? Unfortunately, i had work & i dropped it off on a friday, so they kept the car for the whole weekend and i picked it up the following monday. not only that, for them to just plug in their computers to my car

I have been to Ashburn European Service Center twice, and my car has been well taken care of both times. The team communicates well, work is good, and price is fair. Helen especially takes time to explain what’s going on with your car. Even though my car is not fancy, I appreciate the work the team puts into it.

Absolutely phenomenal service. Period. I drive a '19 Audi A8L that was having some issues with the check engine light. I also have MaxCare through CarMax. CarMax recommended I go directly to the dealership for assistance, and ultimately got the run around from both Audi Chantilly and CarMax. The service clerk at CarMax recommended I reach out to Ashburn European Service Center and see what they could do. The staff is so charismatic and friendly. The lady at the front desk was super nice and thoughtful - she saw I lived about an hour away and made sure I was set up to get home since the diagnostics and repairs would take over 24 hours. I don't usually post reviews, but I can't rave enough about Ashburn European Service Center. This place is an honest, transparent, and totally professional business that took care of my 2018 BMW X5. When the dealer quoted me $2300+ to replace "seized" inner tie rods and an alignment, Glenn and the team at Ashburn European was able to "un-seized" them at a fraction of the cost! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. This honest car repair place is highly recommended!!

Honest business! I took my son's Audi A3 for a break check post the state inspection because we were told that it may need breaks within a couple of months. We were ready to replace the front-end rotors and breaks but a very friendly lady advised me that the work was not needed yet. She said that due to the low mileage/minimal use of the car and the thickness of the breaks, we did not yet need to change the breaks. She messaged that she would like to see us get the full use of the breaks before we spend money on replacing them. I was shocked! Her focus was not on doing the job and taking my son's money. Her focus was on messaging that all was good and that we should wait a bit longer. Thank you, Ashburn European Service Center, for your honesty!!! You have earned our trust and look forward
